We are a family owned and operated construction company based in Long Island, New York. We specialize in residential construction with an emphasis on new home construction and full home renovations. With a combined 55 years of experience we have built a top notch reputation working with only the best subcontractors and architects in the region.
Meet the Team

Third Generation Builder. At the age of nineteen Kenneth Lucas followed in the footsteps of his father and his father before him and began building homes full time. Over the years Ken has built and renovated hundreds and hundreds of homes, amassing a tremendous knowledge of old world craftsmanship and new world building techniques.

Fourth Generation Builder. The eldest son of Ken Lucas, Paul Joined his father full time in 1999. With a background in building design and an innate understanding of state of the art residential systems Paul has added a new dimension to the company.
Fourth Generation Builder. The youngest of three, Sean Joined his father and brother full time in 2010 after graduating from Hofstra University with a Bachelors degree in Business.
